Just about everything, from the staff who went out of their way to help you. The rooms were perfectly made with clean towels and bedding everyday. The restaurant and bar staff are always ready to help, and the food was unbelievable, first class.with the menu changed each day.

The decor and furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. We have stayed before and hope to return. The food is well cooked and presented. The staff put in 100% to ensure guests are happy. With a outdoor swimming pool, Norfolk Hotel is just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of St Helier and the picturesque Howard Davis Park. The staff were excellent. Ana in the dining room is super lovely. The cleaning girls are great. The front desk staff all helpful & friendly. The hotel is spotless & very comfortable room. Great breakfast & plenty to eat. Great safe area with plenty of good eating places. Lido pool only 600 metres away & a lovely Park nearby too! We loved our 9 nights here. Thankyou!!

Originally a 19th-century manor house, Hotel Savoy has a gym, a seasonal swimming pool, Restaurant 1840, Jazz Bar and deck. Lost my phone while in a rush to the airport and the staff was very helpful and got it back on my return. They even called when they found it.
