They assisted me with a lot of things (finding shops, buying train tickets, suggesting me other properties for the places I was going to visit...) The property is located in a very quiet part of Varanasi which can be good if you want to avoid the crazy hustle. You do need to take some form of transportation to go to the ghats or the inner city though as it's quite far for walking. But if you value great service and kind people, this is the place for you.

Saraubh made us feel so welcome and helped us with everything we asked, it really did feel like a home away from home! The room was lovely and clean with all the basic toiletries you need. The breakfast was amazing, served on the beautiful roof terrace and the location is perfect! Surrounded by amazing restaurants, atms, shops and laundry services, not to mention you are less than 5 mins walk to the Ghats. Saraubh goes well beyond to introduce you to the wonders of Varanasi and India. A must if you're looking for great affordable accommodation in Varanasi.
