The staff/all the people working there are extremely friendly and very helpful! To an extent that really is exceptional. They took very good care of me and made sure I am fine. Very attentive. They assisted me with a lot of things (finding shops, buying train tickets, suggesting me other properties for the places I was going to visit...) The property is located in a very quiet part of Varanasi which can be good if you want to avoid the crazy hustle. You do need to take some form of transportation to go to the ghats or the inner city though as it's quite far for walking. But if you value great service and kind people, this is the place for you.

The owner of the place helped us with tuktuks so we don't get ripped off, he helped us with trains and bus tickets and has been so patient when we kept changing our minds. We are really happy with our choice. Thank you sugar stars
