From the moment I walked in, I fell in love with this hotel. From the romantic canopy bed and gorgeous rooftop with string lights, a hot tub, and friendly neighborhood cats to the water fountains and live orchids and bromeliads everywhere you look. The aesthetic of Ville Herencia is a sublime blend of historic and modern from its architecture to the artwork covering every wall. The rooms had air conditioning but also the option of windows or opening the doors to the patio. The bed was extremely comfortable. The property felt very secure and was in an amazing location for sightseeing or dinning and dancing. Check in was effortless and the staff let us leave our bags while we explored the city after check out. The hardest part was leaving.

All the staff were very friendly and attentive to all of my needs. The room and all over the hotel was spotless very clean. Beautiful historical house, renovated and decorated tastefully with a perfect location in the old town of San Juan. The room was spacious with very high ceilings, very clean and with small details such as personalised key cards. The breakfast was absolutely devine, high quality and beautiful presented with the best coffee in San Juan! The hotel is family run, Teresa and Freddy made you feel very welcome with their warm hospitality. The hotel also has a roof top with a jacuzzi, sun beds and comfortable and relaxing seating areas with nice views. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, everything was just perfect!!
