The staff was amazing...Dave was exceptional!!! Thank you again!! I came early to check in and discuss with the staff that I was planning to propose to my now Fiancé. Everyone was listening to all the details and taking notes. Dave walked me up to my room and we went over everything, he also added things he could do to make everything even more perfect, which it was a most memorable evening!! I ordered the Romance package, and it was delivered with personal instructions flawlessly. Also, they recommended reserving a table at the bar, which felt like the most amazing table in the bar. The room was perfect. Everything was stunning!! Everyone was so pleasant and greeted you every chance they got. The breakfast the next day was so wonderful and in a very quiet setting. Options seemed endless as to cater to anyone's needs. We were entranced by the decor throughout. Absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed!! Defiantly will be returning for a much longer stay.

Wayne checked me in early snd even carried the heavy suitcase up to my room when it arrived. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and they even gave me a late check out . Stayed 4 days and honestly, everyone went above and beyond tomake me comfortable . A big hands up to all the staff at the Fortune hotel and the rooms weren’t bad either
