My experience was absolutely amazing. Chunga Changa is located in a small quiet road so you can have privacy and peace. The beach is just 10 minutes within walking distance. The room is spacious, clean and well decorated with rustic decors. The host, Sabrina, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Definitely try the food there as well as they are affordable and delicious. Totally recommend!

Set in Matemwe and only 60 metres from Matemwe Beach, Boutique Villa Unaweza offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This villa provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the staff are sweet and very friendly. They decorated our room for our honeymoon and we even received a free bottle of champagne. The pool was always clean and the facilities around it as well. You’re very short walk from the beach and can walk to local shops if you seek some variety . We had a problem with our water but that was fixed once we had brought up the problem with management. Overall I have nothing to fault them for. Thanks again for the lovely service.

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. All properties are situated right on the beach and offer outdoor pools and free WiFi. The Villa is family friendly, clean and neat , having almost an entire kitchen is amazing..can accommodate all family needs perfectly. The entire hotel staff are super helpful and very easy to communicate with. A very relaxed place as they say in zanzibar "pole pole". Would highly recommend to families with kids for a short stay, has excellent swimming pool also..

Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge and laundry facilities. Amka house has two properties, the one pictured and another just down on the beach. We were at the second one and it was so lovely. The bed was comfortable, the only sound at night time was the sound of the sea. Breakfast was lovely and served on the terrace and the place was kept very clean and tidy. Issa was an excellent host, helping to sort out trips/transport or answer any questions, his taxi prices were the cheapest and his recommendations of places to visit were always great. Amka house is basic, but for the money it is excellent value, great location and very clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to return
