I loved the location of the hotel. It was close to the beach and less than a 1 minute drive to a lot of shops and restaurants. The views from the top floor was beautiful

Breakfast was included in the price and was perfect, pastries (which were actually beautiful, coffees and boxed cereals and oats, perfect start to our day! Staff were exceptional and very very helpful. Room was huge and spacious. We really really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel itself was absolutely stunning. The whole grounds are very well kept, the room was modern and clean, the beach is small but still very nice and as it wasn’t busy, we didn’t have any problem getting a bed when needed. All of the staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Amazing location! We had a villa with chalk sound view and a small swimming pool also with chalk sound view. Every morning we used the sea kayaks which were free for guests. Nice restaurant with great view - price is average for the islands but the portions were fair and quality of food good. Older interior but it was clean and super cute - had a nice island vibe to it compared to a minimalistic hotel. Had a washing machine and dryer - and fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer. I would recommend a rental car to get around - but it’s two minutes from the beach where two locals have beach bars. Even the property has a small private beach on the chalk sounds with comfy beach chairs Close to supermarket and also Omar’s restaurant on another beach to the south.

Enjoyed the independence of an apartment rather than a hotel, and it was a superb apartment. It seemed quite new, it was clean, spacious, and the owners had provided everything you could possibly need, from a huge range of cooking pots/utensils to snorkelling equipment and beach towels, even the washing powder and tumble drier sheets were all provided - it really is a home from home. Based in Grace Bay, it was pretty easy to get anywhere by car and there were always plenty of parking spaces (although we did travel slightly out of season). Also, the owners were friendly and very quick to respond if you had any queries and they recommended a few good eating places.
